Graphics changes? - Guild Wars Forums

Maybe I'm just not very observant - but hasn't there been some updates to the graphics recently?

I'm pretty sure the avatars didn't blink when the game was released, for instance, now they blink like there's something in their eye...

The chest graphics are definitely new. Now they open when you open them, but they didn't when the game was just released (meaning it was hard to tell if you'd opened a chest).

And isn't the female Mesmer & Necro flamenco thing you get when you use the /excited emote new? I seem to remember that my mesmer just sortof got jittery when I used /excited...

I was right on th blinking after all, I didn't notice it untill a while back either. When you're dead your eyes are closed too by the way, I think it's the same face as one of the blinking faces.

I'm not sure about anything else though, unless you also want to hear about changed armor graphics.

I think they've been making graphics updates all along, little here and there. Sometimes new things on maps that have not been there before. Small things.

I'm pretty sure they did all of those things back then, except for the chest thing because of the SF update. If you find one of those keyless chests, they still open the old way.
